Reservation / Cancellation Policy:
Late cancellations are not permitted for any reason. If you feel there is a chance you may need to cancel late, we encourage you to purchase third party travel insurance.

All rooms are held in reserve with a credit card.

Standard reservations: require a 48 hour cancellation notice
(this includes early departure). Rooms reserved are charged
in full 48 hours before the check-in date. 
There are no refunds once the rooms have been charged.

in full 1 week before the check-in date.

Bulk reservations: (4 or more rooms reserved)
 * All rooms reserved are paid for by the single 
    person/entity making the bulk reservation.
There is a two-night minimum stay requirement, and a
30 day cancellation notice requirement.  Rooms reserved
are charged in full 30 days before the check-in date. 
There are no refunds once the rooms have been charged.

*PLEASE NOTE: There is no daily housekeeping.
  Your room will be pre-stocked with all the amenities
  needed for the duration of your stay.
